Works by Young Miyadaiku
Quality works crafted by young artisans under the supervision of professional miyadaiku, offered at affordable prices
Miniature shrines, sumidan altar platforms, and torii gates crafted for temples and shrines by apprentices under a master carpenter, as well as assemblable tea houses and mizuya preparation cabinets, are offered at wholesale prices—less than half of typical retail—with prices published openly.
This is a members-only service from the Miyadaiku Association that provides shrines and temples with authentic, fully custom-made craftsmanship of tradition and dignity at modest prices.

Traditional Craftsmanship for Your Daily Life
Traditional techniques carried on by young miyadaiku, with designs that sit naturally in modern life. We deliver the care and devotion embodied in every piece.

Traditional Techniques
Using the kumimono technique, which requires no nails or metal fittings, timbers are precisely assembled together. It is a core technique of the miyadaiku, with 1,400 years of history.

100% Japanese Timber
We use only carefully selected solid wood grown across Japan, such as keyaki zelkova, hinoki cypress, and tamo ash, bringing out the natural beauty and strength of the wood.

One of a Kind
No two wood grains are alike. Every piece is made entirely by hand and becomes your own furniture, the only one of its kind in the world.
